This collection includes documents and paper items published by Al Akhawayn University for public or internal distribution. This includes the university's annual reports, publications of the Al Akhawayn University Press, AUI Student Catalogs (1995-2019), student handbooks, university strategic plans, program-specific publications and promotion materials such as guides and brochures.

The AUI Photo Collection includes photographs from the institution's history, beginning with its construction in 1993. The photos are arranged thematically but not chronologically in the order they were inherited from the Department of Development and Communication. Main themes include: AUI Inauguration, Student Events, Official Visits, Staff, Campus, and AUI General photos.
